Who is Runest for?

Runest is designed for people who administer running clubs and coordinate members, membership dues and training sessions.

Does each member get a personal login?

The club invites each member to activate their own login. From their personal page they can see available training, register and cancel a registration if they cannot attend.

Can members pay their club dues through Runest?

Not currently. Administrators can record payments received by other methods and review paid, pending and overdue dues. Online payment collection is not available.

How does the free trial work?

The trial lasts 15 days and requires no card. There is no automatic charge. Try the available tools with a few member records and a training session.

Can we buy a paid subscription after the trial?

Paid subscriptions are not available yet. The pricing page describes the planned offer. Contact us before relying on continued access after the trial.

Do we have to replace all our tools?

You can evaluate Runest with a small set of club information first. Check your existing communication, accounting and data requirements before changing your workflow.

Which languages are available?

Runest is available in English, Italian, Swedish, German and French. Use the language selector to view the same public page in another language.

How do we get help?

Email [email protected] with your question and the workflow you want to test. Please do not send passwords or members’ sensitive information.

What to check before switching

Runest records payments received through other methods; it does not collect member payments online. Paid subscriptions are not available yet. Do not assume an automatic migration or an integration with your existing tools: contact us about your requirements.
